Pay would be based on experience. If not any experience in the construction field, some tool experience would help. We all pay attention to detail very well, that would be a requirement for the job.

Open sightlines. Strong structure. Finished details.

For this main-level remodel, Knight Brothers removed a load-bearing wall and installed an engineer-approved beam to create a more open connection between the kitchen and living space. We also reconfigured cabinetry and pantry space, installed new flooring throughout the main level, and completed a half-bath remodel.

Thoughtful planning and quality craftsmanship in every room.

A good remodel begins with understanding the home that is already there.

Before opening up this main level, Knight Brothers carefully planned the structural changes needed to support the home properly for the years ahead. The load-bearing wall was removed and replaced with an engineer-approved beam, creating a more open connection between the kitchen and living space while protecting the strength and long-term value of the home.

From there, we reconfigured the kitchen cabinetry and pantry, installed new flooring throughout the main level, and completed the half-bath remodel. The finished space feels more open, functional, and connected, while still being built on a solid foundation.

Here is a beautifully crafted pergola we recently added to the side of this home to help unify the overall design. The homeowners had a new addition built featuring natural, unpainted wood siding, and they felt that a barn wood pergola against the existing white siding would create a seamless transition between the two styles.

The finished result turned out beautifully. If you look closely, you’ll notice the original wooden pegs we incorporated throughout the structure to give it an authentic, aged appearance. We also installed custom copper caps to protect the wood from moisture over time while adding a timeless finishing touch.

Take a look at this custom portico/carport we completed in October. It is a beautiful addition that enhances both the functionality and curb appeal of this home. We are truly blessed and grateful for the opportunity to do the work we love and to work along with such wonderful clients to make their visions come to life! Thank you to Mike and Tracey Warriner for trusting us with their project!

There is a short little video in the comments of the structure. Check it out! It wouldn’t let us post the pictures and video together.

This herringbone pattern turned out great in this walk in shower. 🚿 We love it! We completely redid this shower last summer and couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

If anyone wants or needs anything done we'd be more than happy to come give a free estimate or help out anyway we could. We love doing custom projects big or small.

We finished up this gorgeous screen porch addition around the end of last year/the first of this year. What a great outdoor space especially this time of year.

One special request from the homeowners was that they didn't want a step from the house to the screen porch. So we formed the concrete pad higher up off the ground and filled in the middle with shale. That gave us more than our 12" turn down footer all the way around and them the same level entry from the house to the screen porch. So for anyone wondering, it's not an almost two foot concrete pad. 😅

Knight Brothers Construction Services, LLC was pleased to give these customers an excellent quality job. Big shout-out to Mitch and Lisa Davidson. Thanks guys!
