🪵 STUMP GRINDING SUNDAY 🪵

Back in 1978, an Ohio tree guy named John Bowling needed a stump grinder… and was told he'd have to WAIT TWO YEARS for one. 😳

So what did he do? He went to his garage and built his own. 🔧

Someone saw it, liked it, and bought it on the spot. That was the start of Rayco, one of the biggest stump grinder brands out there today. 💪

Moral of the story: don't make a tree guy wait. 😂

And you don't have to wait either. Got a stump that's in the way? JLR Stump Grinding will get it gone fast.

🪵 FUN FACT SATURDAY 🪵

Before 1957, getting rid of a stump meant a shovel, an axe, a whole crew… and a LOT of cussing. 😅

Then Gary Vermeer, an Iowa inventor, built the first commercial stump grinder: a spinning wheel with teeth that chews stumps into mulch in minutes.

Almost 70 years later, the idea is basically the same. The machines just got bigger, meaner, and a whole lot more fun to run. 💪

Got a stump that's been mocking you for years? Let us bring the teeth. 🦷

Over 100 stumps across the property, from massive old ones to little ones hiding in the brush. It didn't matter. Every one got ground down so they can finally use their land the way they want.
If you've got one stump or a hundred, JLR Stump Grinding has you covered.
