This one was fun. A return customer gave us a more open time frame to fit in this beautiful master bath remodel as a result to an unexpected water loss on the home. They may have went over and beyond what insurance gave them but designed the bathroom they always wanted.

Our largest deck we have ever built is now complete reaching in at a close 2800 ft.²,

We did a full teardown and rebuild for commercial use. The old deck was multi level but did not offer any large spaces for gatherings. The new design aloud for a clear 1700 sqft area for large gatherings. Everything is designed at 100 lbs sqft working load along with 42 inch high guard rail. timber tech PVC decking, and timber tech dark bronze aluminum railing with deck top cocktail rail.

She is now ready for her maiden voyage with a new wedding venue, Keystone Estates located in Mount Pleasant PA.

Thanks to all the guys for some long days and the crunch at the end.

After and before of this small but yet time consuming deck and stair case. We supported the existing roof and pull out the deck for a total replacement. Along with opening the exterior wall of the home for supporting both the deck beam and the replacement roof beam.

Coming along well everything’s framed most of the decking on and will be ready for rail and finish in the existing roof
