🌷 Our fall bulbs are here! 🌷

There’s something so special about planting bulbs this time of year. You tuck them into the soil now, give them a little time, and then months later they come up when you’ve almost forgotten about them — bringing color, beauty, and that first little taste of spring. 🌱

Come pick out some favorites for a beautiful spring surprise. 💛

🌿 Wood Betony 💜

Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) is one of those plants that is beautiful in the garden and has a fascinating history as an herbal plant.

With its soft green foliage and beautiful purple flower spikes, it makes a lovely addition to a perennial, cottage, or herbal garden.

Traditionally, the leaves and flowering tops have been used in herbal preparations, including teas and tinctures. Herbalists have valued Wood Betony as a gentle digestive and nervous-system tonic, traditionally using it to support digestion, ease tension, and calm a busy mind. It has also been associated with headaches, sleep, and feeling more grounded and settled.

And it has some beautiful folklore surrounding it, too. For centuries, Wood Betony was considered a protective herb and was associated with grounding, dreams, and clearing negative energy.

A beautiful plant with a long history — both in the garden and in herbal tradition. 💜🌿

Come see it at The Meadow.

🌱 The sweet spot for planting: mid-October, or just as the rains begin.

💫 Monstera deliciosa ‘Thai Constellation’ 💫

We’re just a little star struck! ⭐️ 🤩 ⭐️

Creamy constellations, dramatic leaves, and just the right amount of “I’m special!”

Thai constellation is a Monstera delicioso cultivar known for its creamy caramel marbled variegation. Unlike some forms of variegation, those gorgeous patterns are relatively stable – so each new leaf comes with its own unique constellation.

Bright, indirect light plus something sturdy to climb and you will have a very happy monstera.

We have just a few more of these little celebrities left!
