🌳 Oak Removal in Shingle Springs

Today we removed this oak growing close to the home in Shingle Springs.

The tree was dismantled in sections, all brush was chipped and hauled away, and the larger wood was bucked into approximately 16-inch rounds and left on-site for the customer to use as firewood.

Cleanup and wood handling can be tailored to what works best for the property and the homeowner.

Winter prep- Georgetown ca. 🌳

Large sugar pine removal today, along with one cedar and one fir along the property line near the shop area.

Because of the surrounding trees and limited drop zone, we used a speed line to move branches away from the sugar pine and into the open backyard where they could be handled safely.

The cedar and fir were removed from the property line, all brush was chipped, and the wood was left on-site as requested by the customer.

Every property is different, and sometimes the safest, cleanest way to get material down is to move it through the air instead of straight to the ground.

🌳 Two-Day Oak Removal Project

Wrapped up a two-day oak removal project today.

With the trees growing on a rocky slope and close to the home and surrounding property, much of the work had to be carefully dismantled and controlled rather than simply dropped.

Jobs like this are a good example of why every tree removal has to be approached differently.

Access, terrain, nearby structures, and where each piece can safely go all factor into the plan.

Another project wrapped up safely.

🌧️🌳 Emergency Storm Damage in Placerville

We received a storm-damage call after a tree along the property line failed and brought down a smaller adjacent tree with it.

The failed trees came to rest across the house, garage, chimney, and propane tank, making this a situation that needed to be handled carefully to avoid causing additional damage.

The priority today was simple: safely dismantle the failed trees, get the weight off the structures and propane tank, and restore access to the driveway.

This job did not include full debris cleanup or hauling.
The wood and debris were left on-site and moved clear of the driveway as requested by the homeowner.

Storm-damaged trees can be unpredictable.

If a tree comes down on your home or another structure, avoid working underneath it or attempting to cut loaded limbs yourself.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Six years of trust means a lot.

After Monday’s redwood removal, Greg took the time to leave us another Google review.

What means the most is that Greg has trusted us with tree work for the last six years and at more than one property.

He also mentioned something we take seriously on every job:

“Safety always comes first with George.”

Repeat customers are one of the best compliments a small business can receive.

We appreciate Greg continuing to trust George Staddans Professional Tree Care with his tree work year after year.
