Honored to have had a small feature in our local North Country magazine this month. Thanks Strictly Business!

Give it a read and give me a shout if you or someone you know is in need of a home inspection, water testing, radon testing, or mold assessment.

We’re back! Well, we were never really gone, just terrible at remembering to post content on social media.

Anyway, thanks to all of our clients and networking realtors it’s been a busy summer of inspections and making friends.

Here’s a picture of a friend made on a recent inspection. 10/10 good cat. Would pet again.

Traveled all the way out to Indian Lake today, and what a beautiful day it was to take a drive through the mountains!

Personal safety rule number 1 as a home inspector: Never trust a ladder that isn’t yours. This built-in ladder for attic access was located in the stairwell of the home. Using this one instead of taking the time to get my own could have ended badly.
