While we're on the subject of air filters...

Did you know that a dirty air filter can actually raise your electric bill? When the airflow to your heating and cooling system is restricted, it can cause your system to work much harder to move the same amount of air, causing your system to use more electricity. 🔌

We're looking to add a highly motivated service tech who values quality workmanship and customer experience! With the same great pay and benefits as a larger company, you can join a team that values its employees and takes pride in all they do. Experience in HVAC is required. Experience in construction or mechanical work is preferred.

A Service Technician should be able to properly and professionally diagnose and service most HVAC systems with limited supervision, should be able to adapt and overcome unseen issues that may arise in the field, needs to be punctual, efficient, and a team player. We are looking for a candidate who wants a place to grow and be a part of an organization that will appreciate them. We are interested in a person who is able to demonstrate ethical and professional behavior while on the job. Certifications are great, but a good attitude is better. Come be a part of our team!

While this is a good baseline and filter changes are essential, pets, allergies, renovations (especially renovations including drywall 😬), and how much your system runs can all affect how quickly the filter gets dirty.
