Stolhand-Wells Group

Stolhand-Wells Group We are a residential & commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water treatment service provider.

Stolhand-Wells Group is a family-owned and operated business serving northern Oklahoma and southern Kansas since 1977. What started with only Fred and Darrell Stolhand has grown to more than 70 employees. Along the way, we are proud to say we became Oklahoma’s first Authorized Carrier® Dealer, awarded the SBA National Small Family Business of the year, and received the Governor’s Commendation. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work with various charities and organizations within our local community, such as the March of Dimes, United Way, Ambucs, Charity Angels, Ponca City Leadership, Ponca City Chamber of Commerce, and The Ponca City Development Authority. We work hard to provide convenient, reliable, and trustworthy solutions for your everyday life.

Employee Spotlight 🔦 Lylia Henry
Lylia joined Stolhand-Wells Group in January 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of our Accounts Payable Department. In addition to her role at SWG, Lylia is pursuing a Finance degree at Oklahoma State University and is set to graduate this December! Balancing work, college, and motherhood is no small feat, and she's approaching a significant milestone worth celebrating. Outside of work, Lylia is a proud mom to a son and enjoys baking. In her spare time, she dedicates most of it to studying. We are proud to have Lylia on the SWG team and look forward to celebrating her graduation in December! 👏

Work is underway at the Sigma Chi fraternity house at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. The anonymous employee 🤫 who sent me the photo said he couldn't find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow... but he asked if I could add Jason as a leprechaun. 🍀😂 I'm sorry, Jason. But you have to admit, it's pretty funny.

NEW BUILDING. SAME CREW. We held our very first company meeting at the new location yesterday! I would have gotten more pictures, but when Jessica climbed up on a chair to address everybody, you put your phone down, stop what you're doing, and listen. 😂 There's still plenty to do, but it was pretty cool seeing everyone together in one place versus three.

Employee Spotlight 🔦 Kenny Thomas
Kenny joined SWG in late 2021, bringing with him an extensive background in water treatment and problem water management. With over 20 years of experience, Kenny specializes in developing customized water treatment and purification solutions for everything from residential households to complex commercial and industrial applications. Kenny is married and the proud father of two boys. Kenny is also a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan and, perhaps even more concerning, an Android user. Despite these questionable life choices, he's actually a good dude. All jokes aside (not the Android part, though), Kenny's knowledge, experience, and dedication make him an invaluable part of our Water Treatment Department. We're proud to have him on the team! 👏
