Who doesn’t need a little extra storage space?!!! This homeowner had their chimney removed and was able to get a new linen closet. It was joy working with this great family and we hope they enjoy!

How is Off The List Remodeling different? …. Take a look at where we have worked this year and what people have to say. We try to do great work for the people we work for, true. A lot of businesses do as well. We love doing bathrooms, kitchens, basements and much more just like other businesses.

How we are different is that we are truly a family business. Jason and Chuck will be there from beginning to end (and Jason’s sons Charles and Henry sometimes). No subcontractors unless it’s absolutely essential for inspections or expertise. We stand behind our work and will make sure everything is right. We love Pottstown and the surrounding communities and most of all the homeowners we work for because it’s our community and neighbors.

We are getting ready for this cold indoor season so give us a call, text or email for your next project!

Our last porch of the 2026 season and she is a BEAUT! (Unless something unexpected come up) … We had some timing set backs with this one but it was worth it. The homeowner fixed some failing concrete and steps before we started. They returned this to all wood railing and post as it was when originally built. They made all the right choices and Pottstown and all of us get to benefit. We pray this amazing family that are long Pottstown residents enjoy it to the upmost.

We just finished our third porch in historic Pottstown in 2026! This one was a little of a rush project after a couple other contractors fell through. The homeowners are a great couple who recently moved and and really care a lot about making this house look beautiful and being as historically accurate as possible. This year we fixed the structural issues underneath and replaced the decking and railing. God gave us this opportunity by chance and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity!

Everything above the railing is on hold for next season. One more porch this season coming soon.

Another porch in historic Pottstown is now back to being pretty as new. It started as mainly trim, paint and glazing we were supposed to tackle, but ended up needing a lot more. We replaced the two beams supporting the front corner and the whole post.

We never like being surprised or doing the same to our homeowners. Gratefully both we and they kind of expected more than what we could see on the outside. They were extremely gracious and amazing to work with ! She is a beautiful home and Pottstown is a little more so as well. God blesses the work of our hands and gives us everything that we need at the right time. In other words He is so good to us!

We love these porches (especially with new mahogany) 😍!!! This one we just finished on the east side of Pottstown. The family is great especially how excited their daughter was to be able to watch and the eventually use. The black and mahogany goes great together and the homeowner will be painting the rest of the porch to match. We pray they enjoy and have a blessed and safe fall!

Small bathroom and Big Transformation!… These homeowners have an older home that needed an update. Being their only bathroom brings some challenges but we try to accommodate as much as possible. It doesn’t hurt when you have great parents down the street. I guess that is the meaning of “family”. This home didn’t want to give up the tile and made us fight for it but we enjoyed our time here and it was a blessing to do this work.

Sometimes a tub just doesn’t fit with your lifestyle anymore… Off The List loves helping homeowners get their homes to meet their needs better. This awesome couple needed a shower that was easier to get into and up to date. We can take care of that! We are grateful for the work that God has given us.
