I knew what was going to happen but for everyone else... older homes, especially in the Old Cloverdale area will develop a crack or bubbling (usually from a water leak), well, small Crack is literally being held together by layers of paint.

Scrape until it stops, and in this case you can see the little crack on the ceiling and few bubbles on wall led to a fairly large patch job

Follow up to the video are some photos and the other tasks that were on the checklist.

✅️Walls freshly painted and hole free!
✅️New fence and gate
✅️Soft wash of the front gable,
✅️Reinstall a shutter that had fallen down
✅️Repaired some minor dog damage on a window sill
✅️Removed sticky tile on backsplash, patch and paint

Fixed up a few things before this house hits the market! Here is a little video compilation of the 3 rooms that needed some attention to get them looking good again! Millions of holes, fluff glued to the ceiling 🤷... but there was some other stuff which will all be in my next post with after photos.

If you had been following along the last few weeks you would have seen the progress of this bathroom update.

Here are some before and after photos, plus an exhaust fan/light upgrade. The white vanity and shower surround just bring this bathroom back to life!!

If you have been following my stories you would have seen this vanity and huge mirror! Well, how do you get a huge mirror off a wall in one piece 🤔

A LOT!!! of tape and some really good suction handles that's how! 👌 😁

This was fun! Some updated photos of the half wall/ gate addition...with new concrete walkway poured and a customer little gate latch lock on the interior side of the gate 😎

One more day and this will be a done! Closing off this short walkway to have a proper fenced in yard... not bad for 2.5 days.

Now, if it could stop being 100° that would be much appreciated! 🥵🤣

I am by no means a drywall/mudding expert but I get it done to a very acceptable level. These were some wall crashes from homeowner maneuvering his boat in and out over the years, and the 3rd is the good old attic step-through the ceiling 😀

3rd layer of mud is drying and will get sanded, primed and painted on Tuesday!

Fixed up a few door trims!! Some rotten wood, and some damaged by a 4 legged friend who didn't like thunder storms! Repaired, painted and back to looking fresh! 😎👌

Stayed tuned....few more home improvements coming from this house 🏠
