Join us in welcoming Derek Pistole to Heritage Tractor as a Regional Sales Manager in Illinois! 🚜👏

For Derek, joining Heritage Tractor is a bit of a homecoming. He has spent his entire career in agriculture, including 15 years in ag sales. 12 of those years were spent selling John Deere equipment with Martin Tractor and Holland & Sons, alongside 3 years as a retail ag salesman in chemicals and fertilizer.

A native of Walnut, IL, and a proud Bureau Valley graduate, Derek still calls Walnut home today. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and three daughters, chasing his girls around to their sporting events, and helping out at his family’s motocross track.

We are proud to have Derek’s industry experience and local roots back serving our producers!

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our friend and co-worker, Colton Teske.

Anyone who stopped by the Princeton parts counter knew Colton’s quick smile and fun-loving nature—he had a way of brightening up the store and making everyone feel welcome. He will be deeply missed by his dealership family and the customers he served every day.

We send our deepest condolences to his family during this incredibly difficult time.

40+ YEARS OF DEDICATION: Join us in congratulating Ty Holland on his well-deserved retirement! 💚

Ty has been a cornerstone of the Princeton dealership since the ‘80s. From his early days of Holland and Sons / Holland’s West, through the growth to Prairie State Tractor and ultimately Heritage Tractor, Ty’s leadership has shaped who we are today. Over four decades, he has worn many hats—excelling in sales and management, always with a deep commitment to our customers and team.

While we’ll miss his presence around the dealership, we know he has some big plans ahead. In retirement, Ty is trading in the tractors to focus on perfecting his golf swing and keeping up with his seven grandchildren! 🏌️‍♂️👶

Ty, thank you for forty years of mentorship, hard work, and unforgettable memories. You leave behind a legacy that will always be remembered. Enjoy every minute of your next chapter!
