At Beshear Sawmill Inc., we are proud to uphold the values of the Lumberman's Creed in everything we do. We are committed to integrity, fairness, and standing behind our product every step of the way.

The Lumberman’s Creed:

"I believe in the dignity of labor and in the fairness of the market. I will give the buyer what he pays for, and I will stand by the product that I sell. I believe in fair and honest dealing, both in words and in actions. I will respect the land, practice sound forest management, and ensure the sustainability of our resources. I will work to improve the quality of the product and to uphold the reputation of the hardwood lumber industry."

This creed serves as a reminder to lumbermen of their responsibility to uphold the highest standards in both their work and their business practices. It emphasizes the importance of honesty, respect for natural resources, and a commitment to quality in the hardwood lumber trade. After all we are part of “a great and basic industry that conducts its affairs on the most profound edict of all time. The Golden Rule.” (NHLA Rules Book, n.d.)
