What a beautiful week it has been! The weather has been absolutely wonderful, and while the farm is always beautiful, days like these make it that much more enjoyable.

And with the sunshine bringing out those gorgeous shades of blue in our glazed pottery, everything looks just a little more spectacular!

Kindness doesn’t cost a thing, and Sabrina Miller gave us a lovely reminder of that today.

Sabrina stopped by to pick up the pumpkin she won in our giveaway, and we learned she had entered to win it for her neighbor, who loves this type of pottery and that she is our customer. What a thoughtful thing to do.

It was Sabrina’s first visit to the farm, and we were so happy to hear how much she loved it. We enjoyed meeting her, and knowing where that pumpkin was headed made the visit even more special.

These giveaways are a small way for us to give back to the community that supports our business. Sabrina took that kindness a little further by sharing her prize with someone else.

Thank you, Sabrina, and thank you to everyone who helped her win. She left happy, we were left smiling, and her neighbor has a lovely surprise coming. That’s what it’s all about.

Remember the head planter we recently shared in a picture that we took from one of our customer's garden? Well, we decided to have a little fun with one ourselves!

We grabbed a plant we had around, placed it in the planter, and thought it looked pretty cool! The leaves almost look like messy hair falling over its face, giving it a personality of its own.

Now, we know this particular plant could use a little trimming and some attention, but that's actually what makes these planters so interesting. Whether you use a brand new plant, a beautiful established one, or even one that's having a bit of a bad hair day, somehow it just works!

And that's the fun part. These terracotta head planters are basically a blank canvas. You can get as creative as you want, and no two will ever look quite the same.

We couldn't resist taking a picture of this one just the way it was!

What do you think? Would you give yours a neat haircut or let its hair grow wild?

Sometimes I like to make the deliveries myself just so I can see where our pottery ends up.

I took this photo at a customer’s home a while back (with permission, of course!) and absolutely loved what they had done with one of our face planters. I knew I had to save the picture until we had them back in stock.

Well… they’re arriving this coming week! (I couldn't hold it in my phone any longer; I had to share this beauty!)
I love seeing how our customers take a piece and make it completely their own.

It’s not all lost when a pot breaks.
Sometimes, a little creativity can turn something broken into something beautiful.
One of our pots was damaged, but instead of throwing it away, our talented coworkers gave it a second life. With a little imagination, some beautiful plants, and a lot of creativity, this broken pot became something completely unique.
We love seeing what our team can create, and this is a perfect reminder that sometimes beauty can be found in the most unexpected places.
Broken doesn’t always mean ruined. Sometimes, it’s just an opportunity to create something new.

Today was a gorgeous day at the farm, full of happy visitors, but the weather is going to be even nicer tomorrow, the weatherman said! Can't wait to see you all!
