This is just an example of being selfless. Our clients were worried that the lumber we had for forms was going to be ruined from the rain fall coming. Mind you they are pressure treated and they would be getting used first thing in the morning. We have used wet wood numerous times, even your newly built houses get rained on while being built.

Though we knew they were going to be just fine, we arrived and stored all the material in the garage. We truly take pride in keeping our customers happy regardless of what we think. Sometimes you have to put them first and walk in there shoes. Show them and remind them that they picked the right company. A company that values your property and emotions. Sincerely J3Remodeling 🖤

J3 Remodeling was born from a boy with a dream — a dream to build a business, create opportunities, and make his mark in the construction industry.

That journey wasn’t always easy. Along the way, he faced racism, suppression, doubt, and obstacles that could have easily become reasons to quit. Instead, they became fuel to keep moving forward.

J3 was built on the belief that opportunity should be earned through hard work, but access to opportunity should never be limited by someone’s age, background, or the color of their skin.

That’s why J3 Remodeling is more than a construction company. We strive to create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment where young men and women can learn the trade, develop their skills, receive mentorship, and understand the discipline, professionalism, and dedication it takes to build a successful career — and one day, perhaps, run a carpentry business of their own.

We believe in teaching the craft, but also teaching the mindset behind it: show up, work hard, stay disciplined, take pride in what you build, and never stop learning.

So to every hardworking young man and woman ready to learn, grow, and earn their place in this industry:

Welcome to J3 Remodeling. Welcome to the team. Let’s build something bigger than ourselves.

As things change in our beautiful state of Wisconsin from neighborhoods to stores to the people in the community, we can’t help but appreciate a change in values, a change in design, as well as a change in politicians. Although we are not big on politics, it’s nice to meet the politicians that could very well be one day running our communities. so I must say it was our pleasure to have met you, Mr. Mitchell. We will be looking forward to seeing and hearing the debate. But overall, win loser draw, you have beautiful beliefs and you are a kind-hearted gentleman

A winner is just a loser, that tried one more time.

What would be the least amount for you to make a year, to have to work 7 days a week 14 hours a day.?
