Product of the week: permanent roofline and soffit lighting.

Thank you to the commercial clients who trust us with their buildings after dark.

This property is lit entirely from the ground up, teal washing the brick, the columns and the palms along the entrance. During the day it reads as a clean, professional exterior. At night it becomes a landmark on the road.

That only happens when a client lets us plan fixture placement, beam angles and color around the architecture instead of just adding brightness. We appreciate every business owner and property manager who has given us that opportunity.

One home. Every color. Zero clip-on cords.

This roofline is running a single green scene, with the same system washing the stone columns, shrubs and entry below. Tomorrow it can be warm white. Next month it can be two colors at once.

There are two ways to use flexible lighting, and they do opposite jobs.

Smart Strip hides inside coves, cabinetry, shelving and stair reveals, so you see the glow and never the source. Smart Neon does the reverse: it becomes the line itself, tracing rooflines, edges, signage and custom shapes.

Both run RGB plus white, work indoors or out, and give you individual control over each run.

A great install starts long before the lights go up.
