Swipe-worthy transformation from a recent kitchen in Raleigh.

We took out the dated maple cabinets, black tile, and popcorn ceiling, put in a new casement window looking onto the yard, and finished it with painted shaker cabinets, quartz counters, recessed lighting, and warm plank flooring.

The first and last frames are the real project. AI animates the in-between.

In-house custom redesign.

We didn't just swap cabinets here. Dark cherry, black granite, and the old layout came out. The layout changes moved the plumbing and electrical. Then a full custom build went in: soft-gray flat-panel cabinets, a waterfall island, matte black fixtures, and a mosaic tile wall that catches the light.

This is an in-house custom redesign from BoCo Modern Design + Build, for when the layout itself needs to change. It starts with a design consult.

Four seats at the island change what you ask of a kitchen.

This view puts the seating, countertop and cooking area in the same frame. Wood cabinetry and a long pendant help define the room, while the light island surface keeps the center visually simple.

A dark basin, white cabinetry and a round mirror give this bathroom a clear point of view.

The long horizontal lines at the vanity sit below a circular mirror and hanging lights. The floor adds another pattern without introducing a new color family.

Here, a wood shelf runs below the upper cabinets, with blue tile behind it. Cups and glasses stay visible while the cabinetry above provides closed storage.

Natural maple at the vanity. Large-format tile in the steam shower.

This Midtown Raleigh bathroom is part of our conversion of an in-law suite into the home's main bedroom suite. The custom-built, flat-panel floating vanity pairs natural maple with a Golden Fantasy countertop.

The shower features Happy Floors Dorian wall tile and a Mr. Steam xButler system. Two views of the same bathroom show how the wood and tile each bring something different to the room.

The blue island gives this white kitchen its center of gravity.

White perimeter cabinetry keeps the room bright, while the island carries the deeper color. The light countertop ties the two together, and the patterned tile behind the range adds a smaller point of interest.
