IPE Deck Restoration – Quality in Every Step

We recently restored this IPE hardwood deck using a thorough, multi-step process to bring the wood back to life.

Our process included pressure washing to remove surface stains and open the wood grain, power sanding every board to achieve a smooth, uniform surface, and applying a full coat of premium specialty oil to protect and enhance the natural beauty of the wood.

Bathroom Wall Restoration & Interior Painting

This project involved the careful removal of an existing wall mirror, followed by the repair of damaged drywall and the restoration of the surrounding wall texture for a consistent, seamless appearance. Once the repairs were completed, the bathroom walls were professionally repainted in a new color to enhance the overall look and feel of the space.

Special attention was given to surface preparation, drywall finishing, texture blending, and paint application to achieve a clean, uniform, and professional result.

A true restoration project in the heart of Palo Alto, California, located just next to the historic garage that is widely recognized as the birthplace of Silicon Valley.

This historic home had not been painted in more than four decades. Years of exposure had taken their toll, with ivy and overgrown vegetation covering portions of the stucco walls and wood trim.

Our team brought the property back to life with extensive preparation, careful removal of vegetation, detailed surface repairs, and a full coat of primer before applying the finish coats.

For a historic home like this, proper preparation is everything. By taking the time to properly prepare and prime every surface, we were able to achieve the best possible finish while helping preserve the character and beauty of this remarkable property.

This home had never been painted before—it was original colored stucco. On surfaces like this, proper preparation is everything. Skipping the right steps can lead to premature peeling, poor adhesion, and a shorter-lasting finish.

We thoroughly prepared the stucco, applied the proper masonry primer/sealer, then spray-applied the finish coats and back-rolled them into the surface. This process helps the coating pe*****te the stucco, creating a more uniform appearance, stronger adhesion, and a finish that’s built to last.

I painted this café in Mexico using traditional regional colors that reflect the local architectural style. Due to the building materials being primarily cement-based rather than typical U.S. construction methods, I selected the appropriate primer and application techniques to ensure proper adhesion, durability, and a high-quality finish.
