There's more creativity in landscaping than people might realize.
When we think about commercial landscape maintenance, we often picture the everyday work — mowing, pruning, cleanup, and keeping properties looking their best.
But there's another side of the job that we love seeing.
These photos capture our ULM crew working together on a plant container arrangement at one of our customers' commercial properties.
It's a chance to think creatively and paying attention to how different plants work together, share ideas and put their skills into something that adds character to the property.
We believe moments like these matter.
They give our team opportunities to learn from one another, build confidence in their abilities, and take pride in more than just completing a task.
And for us, that's an important part of building a strong landscape team — creating an environment where people can continue growing while doing work they're proud of.
We're not just growing landscapes. We're growing the people behind them.
