Had to rescue a customer who bought keys online again. This customer's receipt said the keys he bought would fit his car. Well, they didn't. We looked at the VIN, used our knowledge of this model, and cut the correct key from our inventory. Online sellers will not research your vehicle for all possible key options. Call us for professional service at a rate well below the dealer!

Volkswagen Beetle that had been towed all over Roanoke trying to find someone who could do keys. Losing all your keys is super frustrating, only having one person in your area that can do your car and not knowing who that is, makes it even more frustrating! We went to where the car was and 1 hour later they had 2 working keys. We turned "it can't be done", into "this is awesome, I got my car back!".

If you have one of these and you only have 1 key, you need to get a spare made ASAP. The Crossfire is a hybrid monster created by Chrysler and Mercedes. The immobilizer system is one of one. Chrysler can't make a key, Mercedes will not make a key. You can count on one hand with 3 missing fingers, the number of locksmiths in Virginia who can get this key done. We are 1 of them.

Today was pretty busy. Lincoln Town Car, 2025 RAV4, Mercedes ML350, Ford Escape, BMW X3, and another Mini Cooper Convertible. Euros, Domestics, or Asian, we can conquer them. Tomorrow we get to tangle with some Jaguars.

Well, today we did a 2023 Transit. A 2023 F150. And a 2025 Buick Envista. Had never heard of a Buick Envista. All of these required dealer software to do. Guess which locksmith has that software? BINGO! Noble Locksmith Roanoke can do "dealer only" cars and trucks. We love new Fords and GM vehicles. Don't get caught stranded with only one key, let us come make a backup key for that new ride.

Just finished up a lockout for someone in Roanoke. He called us and we quoted him our price for the service. Told him it would be a 1/2 hour getting to him. We still can't get our van out on the road, but we have moved essential equipment into our pickup truck. We arrived, unlocked his SUV, and started talking. He told us that the other person who quoted him was 2.5 times higher than us. Folks, be careful of who you call on bad weather days. We will never gouge our customers due to weather or competitors being closed. Our price is our price.
