Handy-Ken A Socially Distant Man For All Jobs! While Covid 19 made many weary of that term, I choose to embrace it. Why?

Not because I'm anti-social, but because it's what led me to start making (or re-modeling) lemonade out of crap 6 years ago. $75 per hour for rough and finish carpentry, tiling, screen repair and general labor, $100 per hour for two-man crew and $125 per hour for three-man crew.

Unlike the ramp I installed for her last year, when she was still in rehab, this exterior & storm door replacement afforded me the chance to visit with her while I worked. What a great lady!
