Save it, screenshot it, share it with a friend, and come see me this November!

I’ll be taking up residency at the Tiverton Farmers Market for most Sundays in November, but there are a couple of other dates to mark on your calendar, too!

We are back at The Blue Devil Craft Fair at Fairhaven High School for our 3rd year!

And new this year, I’ll be at a Sip & Shop at the Pembroke Community Center on Small Business Saturday!

November means it’s time to switch gears from fall harvest to holiday goodies! Think houseplants, vintage finds, unique gifts, handmade treasures, and plenty of plant-y goodness.

Save this post, spread the word, and come do a little holiday shopping with me! 🎄

I just dropped these two cuties off at The_SoulfulPalette in Wareham and I’m pretty sure they’re ready to haunt somebody’s Halloween decor collection.

Hand painted by moi, made from birdhouse gourds, and finished off with the sweetest little burlap scarves. I figured I had to get in on this whole Halloween thing somehow.

They’re cute. They’re a little wonky. They’re completely one-of-a-kind. And they’re looking for a good home.

Come on down to The Soulful Palette and give these little gourd ghosts a peek before they float off to their new homes!

My flat-leaf parsley is looking so beautiful right now, and I just can’t let all that goodness go to waste when the cold weather comes knocking. So, pesto it is!

Garden Parsley Pesto
* 2–3 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley
* ½ cup Parmesan
* ½ cup toasted walnuts, almonds or pine nuts
* 1–2 garlic cloves
* Juice + zest of 1 lemon
* Olive oil, as needed
* Salt + pepper to taste

Nut-free? Toasted sunflower seeds make a lovely substitute!

Toss it all into a food processor and give it a whirl until everything comes together. I like mine with a little texture, so no need to go overboard!

Stir it into pasta, spoon it over roasted potatoes or vegetables, spread it on a piece of crusty bread… oh, the possibilities!

And here’s a little trick for enjoying your garden goodness long after the growing season ends: freeze the pesto in ice cube trays, then pop the cubes into a freezer bag. A little taste of summer whenever you need it.

I do love finding ways to tuck a little bit of the garden away for the colder months.

Now tell me… are you a pesto lover, too? And have you ever made it with parsley instead of basil?

The Walnut Plain Gardens stand is officially closed for a little rest, but we’ll be back on Friday, November 27 for the holiday season with a lovely assortment of evergreen arrangements. 🌲

In the meantime, we’ve been busy with our October checklist: tucking the perennial inventory in for a long winter’s rest, getting the garlic and shallot beds ready for planting, sorting pots and trays, and admiring all the plants that are STILL thriving out in the garden. Go you, Pineapple Sage and Montauk Daisies! 👏🐝

Still want to shop with us? You have a few options!

We can ship items right to you, or if you’re local, we offer curbside pickup.

The garden may be slowing down, but there’s still plenty happening around here. 💚

Phew! Mayflower Market Days 2026 was AMAZING. 🐝🌼

I somehow only managed to take two videos/photos the entire weekend, which honestly tells you everything you need to know. 😂

Powell House Vintage and I teamed up again this year and doubled our space, and it was so much fun seeing our booth completely flooded with shoppers admiring our goods, finding treasures, and supporting our small businesses.

So grateful for everyone who stopped by, shopped, chatted, and made the weekend such a good one. ❤️ Can’t wait to do it all over again next year!

And one of the sweetest little moments I did manage to catch: this bumble bee enjoying the Montauk Daisies I brought along to the hay fields. 🐝🌼

Looking forward to this event at The Pembroke Community Center on Small Business Saturday! Mark your calendars 😃

Have you noticed the beautiful white daisies blooming everywhere right now? 🌼 Those are Montauk daisies, and October is their time to shine!

These beauties are late-season bloomers, bringing a fresh pop of white to the garden just as so many other flowers are winding down. And the bees LOVE them! 🐝 They’re a wonderful late-season food source for our pollinators when there aren’t as many flowers left to choose from.

🌿 One thing to know before you plant one: they get BIG! Montauk daisies can grow 2–3 feet tall and 3–4 feet wide, forming a full, bushy mound covered in blooms. Give them some room to spread, and they’ll reward you year after year!

We have quart pots available at the plant stand if you’d like to try one in your own garden.

🍂 One more week at the stand! We’ll be closing for the fall season next Friday, October 16th, so now’s your chance to snag a Montauk daisy before we close up shop.

🌻 DAY THREE at the South Coast Harvest Festival!

We’re back at the Westport Fairgrounds today with a whole booth full of garden goodies, houseplants, locally grown dried flowers, scented brooms, garden decor, plant gifts, and plenty of things you probably didn’t know you needed until you saw them. 😉

The plant bar is stocked, the dried flowers are looking very fall-y, and there are still lots of goodies to wander through.

Come say hi, take a stroll around the festival, grab some food, and support a whole bunch of local small businesses while you’re here. Open 10am-6pm!

Come take a little tour of my booth at the South Coast Harvest Festival! 🌿🍂

I brought a little bit of everything with me this weekend… garden decor, scented brooms, locally grown dried flowers, houseplants, garden gifts, and plenty of other fun little things you probably don’t need but might suddenly decide you absolutely need. 😂

And yes, the plant bar is here! 🪴 Build your own little planty creation and take home something you made yourself.

I’m set up at the Westport Fairgrounds for opening night TONIGHT, Friday 3–8, and I’ll be here all day Saturday & Sunday.

If you’re in the area, come wander through the festival, say hi, and come see what I’ve got growing on over here. 🌱

Hope to see you!
