The challenges of being a small business owner. Google can be headache for someone trying get something fixed. Anyone can have a local number. Locksmithing is getting bad. A key kiosk has multiple machines in the area but no locksmith. A person calls and they send anyone who has signed up saying they are a locksmith. They take your credit card info over the phone charge you 3 times more than I charge at a minimum. Send someone out that is not local and inexperienced.
Today’s job the guy drilled a lock and could not fix the problem. I have no idea why he drilled the lock.
Don’t give the job to the first person who answers the phone. Do some research and read the Google reviews. Get a price before they start the job.
