Coming out of the cold frames = go time 🌱

These outdoor bonsai have been protected through winter and are now entering active growth.
This transition period is where strength builds — roots wake up, buds push, and structure starts to refine.

BRT BABIES!

These Brazilian Rain Tree cuttings were stuck on February 26 and came out of propagation today after rooting nicely.

Successful propagation usually comes down to a few key fundamentals:

• Starting with healthy, well-hydrated stock plants
• Taking clean, properly prepared cuttings
• Using an appropriate propagation medium
• Providing stable environmental conditions for rooting

When those pieces line up, plants tend to respond well.

Propagation is always a mix of patience, observation, and giving plants the conditions they prefer.
