Just Checking in, wanted to let everyone know fall is coming soon, don’t forget to winterize all the things that can freeze.
1. Hose Spigots
2. Hose reels
3. Check any heat tape
4. Anything exposed to freezing

Just a small amount of advice, wait a few weeks before turning on outside hose spigots/valves… till the low temps stay out of the freeze zone..

Frozen Pipe Season, pic of turbo heater under a mobile home. All you Do It Yourself people, please do not leave heaters unattended. Fire risk is real, it also gives off CO2, I recommend a CO2 detector as well both in the home & in the work area if repairs are needed.
