Our bao have been so popular, we’re giving them a little extra love this Saturday!

• Miso Tofu (vegan)

A little something sweet from Kuma’s Table. 🍓🍰

Sharing a couple of cakes I made recently — a classic Japanese strawberry shortcake and a fruit sandwich cake!

I also make whole Basque cheesecakes in Yuzu or Matcha flavors for special occasions.

Whether it’s a birthday, a celebration, or just a reason to enjoy something sweet, I’d love to make something for you.

Since each cake is made to order, please allow at least 72 hours’ notice.

I’m busy preparing tomorrow’s ramen, and I’m especially excited because I got some beautiful Genkotsu (pork bones used for tonkotsu broth) and pork belly from our local B&D Meats! ありがたい！

The broth is coming along nicely!

Chicken with tomato vegetable sauce, rice, Japanese potato salad & seaweed salad. About 450kcal.. 🥰

I’m starting this for both my daughter and myself. And I almost forgot… I’m a certified Nutrition Coach too. 😂
