Large format 2’x4’ glossy tile installation completed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contractor shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or related to material defects, including any resulting removal, replacement, or repair costs, loss of use, diminution in value, or incidental or consequential damages. Owner’s exclusive remedy for material defects shall be against the manufacturer under any applicable manufacturer warranty.
