And that's a wrap! Another wild, crazy, fun, messy, productive photo shoot on the books in Trixie's Mountain Kitchen at the Homestead. It was a big week, big team effort, with big, beautiful results. My crew, my tribe, are absolutely stellar. I don't know where I'd be without them.

And wait 'til you see my "tailgate" shoot for a special recipe, featuring dear friends and neighbors cheering on Team Trixie. We had a blast during filming!

We're almost finished photographing over 100 delicious recipes for my debut cookbook. We've also begun filming content for videos that will be released across several online platforms ahead of book launch. What a wonderful, fascinating journey it's been so far!

I've chosen to reimagine my book's release for early fall 2027 to give myself some extra time to recover from a difficult season. It will all be worth the wait and effort!

Stay tuned. There's so much more excitement on the horizon, and in Trixie's Mountain Kitchen!

I would welcome and appreciate your continuing to check in on my website, https://www.trixiesmountainkitchen.com/, where I'll be adding blog posts to Trixie's Tidbits, as well as photos from my many photo shoots with the incomparable Iain Bagwell (https://www.bagwellandprotasio.com/). There also will be updates on my cookbook, as they become available, as well as some behind the scenes info and photos from my upcoming cover shoot in Times Square!
