Nature Hike: Join us for a fun hike at Emerson Point Preserve on Saturday, October 10th! Meet at The Reef USC by 10:10am if you need carpooling! 🚗 If you want to meet us there, keep in contact through our GroupMe! 🏝️🚶‍♀️

Bartlett Park Community Garden: Join us on a trip to the Bartlett Park Community Garden 🪴 also on Saturday, October 10th to learn about how we can use urban farming to combat climate issues! Meet us there at 9am or meet in The Reef USC by 8:30am for carpooling! 🚗✨

SGEF Climate Week Day 4: Beautify The Bay - on campus clean up at Bayboro Harbor! 🚮🌊✨🛶

Join us near the beach at Bayboro Harbor 1-3pm this Friday to help clean up our precious Bay! This is great volunteering experience as well as a chance to make our campus stay beautiful! 🫧

Kayaking opportunities will also be provided through Campus Rec! Kayak and clean!

Announcing our first event of SGEF’s climate week!☀️
Discovering 🔎 Soil Solutions: Composter Tour!!

Come join us for a tour of USFSP’s new on campus composting system that takes food waste 🍊🍌🥕from the dining hall and turns it into compost! 🪴 You’ll get to meet leaders in sustainability as well and learn why sustainable practices like this are important to our campus! ✨

We’ll meet near Kahwa in The Reef at USC and leave around 8:50 to head over to WHL and the composter!!
