What a night at Al Lang Stadium! This past weekend, CASK brought together homeowners and friends for an evening of soccer, celebration, and great company!

As proud sponsors of the Tampa Bay Rowdies, we love opportunities to connect with our community, build new relationships, and celebrate the exciting projects and possibilities ahead.

And the Rowdies gave us even more to celebrate with a 1–0 victory over Detroit City FC, securing the 2026 USL Championship Players' Shield!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to the Tampa Bay Rowdies for an unforgettable evening. We're proud to be part of this incredible community, both on and off the field!

A little behind the scenes with our team member Jeff and his family! CASK built an ADU on their property to help bring their extended family closer, and yesterday they shared a little bit of their experience on camera.

We look forward to sharing their full video with you soon. Stay tuned!

A lot is taking shape across St. Pete! Right now, CASK projects throughout the city are moving through nearly every stage of construction—from foundations and block walls to framing, drywall, cabinetry, and finishes.

Every photo represents a different home, a different vision, and another step toward creating spaces that will soon become part of our community.

Thinking about building or transforming a home in St. Pete? Let’s start the conversation at caskconstruction.com.

A smaller footprint doesn't have to feel like a compromise. This newly completed one-story ADU is a great example of how thoughtful design can make a smaller space feel open, inviting, and entirely its own.

Vaulted ceilings create an airy atmosphere, while warm wood cabinetry brings a natural, contemporary feel to the kitchen. Large sliding glass doors open onto a private covered patio, extending the living area outdoors and creating an easy connection between the two spaces.

It's these kinds of details that make an ADU feel less like an addition to a property and more like a complete home.

Looking back at this ADU, it’s exciting to see how each detail came together. Every stage reflects the planning, craftsmanship, and collaboration that helped bring this mother and daughter’s vision to life.

The finished space is only part of the story. Revisit their testimonial video to hear about the experience, from having Cask coordinate the construction to making the ADU feel like home.

Choosing a builder is a big decision, and one of the best ways to learn about the experience is through the homeowners who have been there. Watch their story and explore more client videos at caskconstruction.com/customer-reviews/.

Same view, a whole new feel.

Exposed framing and stacks of materials have given way to a bright, welcoming space with warm wood tones and a beautifully finished vaulted ceiling.

Looking back at the build makes us appreciate more than the transformation. It’s a reminder of the planning, teamwork, and care that go into every detail—and why we love seeing it all come together.

Some of the most important construction milestones happen before the walls ever begin to rise.

Here, the concrete masonry stem walls establish the footprint of this future ADU. Much of this work will eventually be hidden, but every step plays an essential role in the strength and longevity of the finished structure.

Have questions about what may be possible on your property or what to expect during the construction journey? Our team is always happy to talk. Schedule a consultation today at https://caskconstruction.com/customer-consultation/

We are obsessed with this finished CASK build! It makes beautiful use of every inch, with a cozy bedroom below and a loft above that’s ready for guests, extra sleeping space, or a quiet retreat of its own.

The crisp white kitchen, warm brass details, and statement wallpaper bring so much personality to the interiors—and the homeowners’ thoughtful decor made it instantly feel like home. We love seeing a finished build take on a life and character all its own.

Which detail are you drawn to first: the loft, the kitchen, or that gorgeous bathroom wallpaper? Tell us in the comments!
