Painting is often one of the first things homeowners cut from the estimate to save money. But it’s so much more than just paint.

It’s the prep, the technique, and the attention to detail that create a clean, smooth, fine finish. And that takes a lot of work.

🎨 Paint is coming to this project soon.

💥 How about that wallpaper in the bathroom!

Our niche is making the old new and exciting to live in again. Working with what’s existing to create something that looks like it’s always been there.

The challenge we face working in the North Shore is old houses that are never quite plumb or level. We embrace those quirks.

Thoughts on that water bowl station for the dogs?!

One house. A whole new chapter. 🏡

What started as a home in need of a fresh start became a complete transformation.

And we mean complete.

A finished storage basement.
Three full bathrooms.
A new kitchen.
Two bedrooms.
New windows.
New siding.

And a staircase that might just steal the show. 👀

Every step winds its way from the basement to the second floor, making the staircase a focal point of the home.

But this renovation wasn’t just about making things look beautiful.

It was about making the home work better for the people living in it.

More usable space.
More comfort.
More function.
More room to entertain.

The finished basement adds valuable space without changing the footprint of the home.

The new, open plan, kitchen brings the heart of the home back to life.

And the new windows and siding give the exterior a fresh look while helping the home feel more complete from the inside out.

From the first demo day to the final details, this was a project that touched every corner of the house.

And that’s what we love about whole-house renovations.

You get to see the big picture come together.

One room.
One floor.
One detail at a time.

Until you’re suddenly standing in a home that feels completely different.

But still feels like home.

It’s about how you live in the space.

And this one? We’re pretty proud of it.

A full gut renovation to a home that feels completely reimagined. ✨

This whole-house transformation included a finished storage basement, three full baths, two bedrooms, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area.

A beautifully reworked living space, and a staircase that became the focal point of it all.

Winding perfectly from the basement all the way to the second floor, every step was carefully designed to flow seamlessly through the home.

A whole lot of work went into making this house feel like home again. 🏡🔨

And what’s a vAcaTiOn?!

From tiny and closed-in to bold, spacious & unapologetically black. 🖤

We took down a wall, took over the adjoining room, reframed the old kitchen floor, added heated floors + hardwood-look tile, and built one seriously oversized island.

Matte black cabinets & countertops meet rustic hickory beams and accent cabinets, while all those windows bring in the natural light this kitchen needs.

And standing in here… you just know you’re in Salem. 🧙‍♀️🖤

A little dark magic, a lot of craftsmanship.
