Friday at 4:30 PM and the job still needed to get done. 🔧🏗️

So we jumped in and helped out the guys to keep things moving and get the plumber wrapped up so everyone could get home on time.

Project update 🔨👷‍♂️📐🚧🧰 🏗️

We’re converting an existing single-family home into a triplex, and ADU Geeks is managing the project from start to finish — beginning with the property acquisition, then moving through design, permitting, and construction.

The strategy is to take an underutilized property, create additional units, and build equity through smart redevelopment. Once the project is complete, our client plans to bring the property back to market with the goal of capturing a strong return on the value created.

This project is another example of how ADU Geeks can handle much more than a traditional backyard ADU. From acquisition through construction, we can help manage the entire development process. 🔨

Today we’re tapping the main line for a new 9-unit multifamily development. From utility coordination and site work to construction management and delivery, our team can manage projects of all sizes.
