Walter Andersen Nursery - Main

Family-owned since 1928, we’re the San Diego area’s one-stop shop for gardening needs. Ask us an Our story begins in 1928 when Walter Andersen, Sr.

opened his nursery to share his landscaping expertise with the neighborhood. Four generations later, and our family is proud to be one of the San Diego area's oldest nurseries, continuing to provide the same exceptional selection and service after more than 85 years. As a one-stop shop for your garden, we've got everything from decor to hard-to-find plants and materials -- and if we don't carry it, we're happy to track it down for you. Maybe you've heard us on our radio show, you've been coming to us for years, or you've decided to strike out and make your landscaping dreams a reality -- however you found us, we can't wait to show you what we're all about.
