🔥 Better contact. Better crust. Better sandwich.

Meet the 17 oz. Round Chef’s Press — built to help your food stay evenly against the cooking surface so you get crispier edges, deeper browning, and more even melting without flattening everything into submission.

Perfect for grilled cheese, paninis, burgers, proteins, and anything else that deserves a proper sear. Basically, it’s the kind of tool you reach for once… and then wonder how you cooked without it. 👨‍🍳

🔥 Shown here doing exactly what it does best: turning a good sandwich into a golden, crispy, melty situation.

Chicken paillard is all about fast cooking, even browning, and maximum contact with the pan — which makes The Chef’s Press a pretty perfect match. 🍗🔥

Once the chicken is pounded thin, the press helps keep the entire surface flat against the skillet so you get a more even sear, better caramelization, and quicker cooking without constantly fussing with it.

And that’s exactly why it earns a permanent spot in the kitchen: the same principle works for chicken, steak, vegetables, sandwiches, burgers, fish, and just about anything else that benefits from better surface contact.

One tool. A lot of very good dinners. 👨‍🍳

Eggplant, but make it the main event. 🍆🔥

A hot grill + The Chef’s Press® gives these slices deeper char, better contact, and beautifully tender centers. Finish with creamy labneh, zhug, toasted pistachios, fresh mint, and lemon zest for a dish that’s smoky, bright, and anything but boring.

Save this one for your next veggie-forward dinner. 👨‍🍳
