SELECTING & GROWING BULBS
🌸🌷🌼🪻🌸🌷🌼🪻🌸🌷🌼🪻

October is the perfect time to plant bulbs that don’t require pre-chilling. As soil temperatures drop and winter rains approach, conditions are ideal to get bulbs in the ground.

We offer premium packaged bulbs for your convenience, along with bulk options so you can handpick your favorite colors and combinations. Each bulb is carefully selected for top-grade quality and optimal size.

The quality and quantity of your spring flowers depend on the bulbs you plant this fall. When choosing bulbs, look for ones that are firm and large. For daffodils, “double noses” are a sign of multiple blooms.

Most bulbs thrive when planted directly in the ground with Sloat Forest Mulch Plus, or in containers using Sloat Organic Potting Soil.
