We are proud to celebrate the opening of MidPen Housing Corporation's Casa Roseland in Santa Rosa, with the leaders of County of Sonoma and City of Santa Rosa. This development brings 75 much-needed affordable family homes and welcoming community spaces to the Tierra de Rosas neighborhood. Quadriga's Landscape Architect, Brett Kordenbrock, designed the kids' play area with a climbing wall while expecting his first child; it is a joy to see his children enjoying the space he created!

We are pleased to share the recent groundbreaking of Alta Housing's La Bella project, bringing 108 units of 100% affordable family housing to Mountain View. Formerly known as Terra Bella, this development provides a practical housing solution for the region. The building is designed to support resident well-being, featuring a 10,800-square-foot landscaped outdoor courtyard, rooftop solar panels, and a site layout positioned to fit into the neighborhood fabric and buffer noise from the nearby freeway. With ample bike storage and energy-efficient appliances, La Bella is built to serve working families and strengthen the local community.

Construction is officially underway for Clara Gardens, a 120-unit affordable housing community located at 3550 El Camino Real in Santa Clara. Designed by Van Meter Williams Pollack and developed by Resources for Community Development , the project will combine a renovated section of the former Bella Vista Inn motel with a new seven-story residential building, providing critical housing solutions that include 30 permanent supportive housing units for individuals transitioning out of homelessness along with resident amenities, commercial space, and courtyard areas.
