Comfort First Heating and Cooling

is a full-service air conditioning and heating contractor with the ability to service and install complete heating and air conditioning systems. In addition to scheduled service checks, repairing of existing equipment, and installation of new equipment, we can help you find ways to reduce your energy bills through a thorough cost-benefits analysis. All of this by utilizing our over 30 years of home comfort and improvements. Our certified technicians use modern technology to diagnose and repair existing systems and always use the finest new parts and materials for repairs in the industry. Furthermore, we have a service pricing guide that details exactly what the repair will cost, so you know what the price is before we do the work and you are never charged by the hour or any expensive overtime fees. How many companies are willing to show you their price books? Quality Installation Procedures. Not all air conditioning & heating contractors are created equal. Here at Comfort First we only use highest quality equipment and materials to perform each and every new unit installation to ensure that you are getting the full efficiency of your new air conditioning / heating system. A poorly installed air conditioning system WILL NOT give you the seer rating on the box. Example: a poorly installed 15 seer system may be only giving you 10 or 13 seer efficiency. That will translate to about a 5-20 % extra energy used cost to run the same equipment. You would be better off paying someone to properly install a 13 seer to begin with. Our Commitment To You. At Comfort First we believe that providing excellent customer service shouldn’t be something that you pay extra for. Our second to none guarantee package that’s provided with every new system replacement doesn’t cost you anything. It simply a means to let you know that we’re going to do exactly what we say we are. If we can’t for some reason satisfy you, we’ll refund your total investment. Furthermore, our policy to never place anyone in your home that we haven’t completed a thorough criminal background check and drug test on is our commitment to you to always provide you with technicians that you can feel safe with. With experience in helping thousands of clients fulfill their needs beyond their expectations, Comfort First will soon be the new standard in heating and cooling throughout central North Carolina.
