A beautiful design on paper is only the beginning.

During construction, questions arise, conditions change and hundreds of decisions need to be made.
We stay involved to help ensure the original design vision makes it all the way to the finished home.

Design it. Document it. Protect it.

Slope to the drain. Shower niche placement. Vanity height. Door swings. Ventilation. Lighting layers. Waterproofing you'll never see but will absolutely feel if it's wrong. Miss a few of these and no amount of beautiful tile will save the experience.

This is where a designer earns their keep. I don't just make your bathroom look good—I make sure it functions flawlessly, fits your home's style, respects your budget, and protects your investment for resale.

You bring the vision for how you want to live. I bring 25+ years of design and construction experience to make sure nothing gets lost between the idea and the finished space.

That's the difference between a bathroom you like and one you love for the next twenty years.

Reason #3: I help keep the project moving when the unexpected happens.

Questions will come up. Details will change. Something on paper may need to be reconsidered once construction is underway.

That’s part of the process.

My role is to work through those moments, coordinate the details and protect the overall design vision as the project moves forward.

My clients don’t need to become design or construction experts. They need someone experienced enough to lead the process and understand how each decision affects the finished home.

You stay informed. I take the lead. Together, we create a home that feels distinctly yours.

Reason #2: I establish a clear direction before money is spent.

A successful home isn’t created by making one selection at a time.

The architecture, cabinetry, lighting, materials, furnishings and finishes all need to work toward the same vision.

Establishing that direction early allows us to make decisions with intention instead of second-guessing each choice as the project moves forward.

The clearer the vision, the more confidently we can make the hundreds of decisions required to bring your home together.

Clarity at the beginning creates cohesion in the end.

Reason #1: Experience helps me see what you may not know to look for.

Every decision in a home is connected. A change that seems small can affect cabinetry, lighting, furniture placement, construction details or the way a space ultimately functions.

My job is to look beyond the individual decision and understand how it affects everything that comes next.

After more than 25 years in interior design, I know what questions to ask, what details need attention and when something needs to be reconsidered before it becomes a costly problem.

You don’t need to know what to look for.

That’s part of what you’re hiring me for.

It’s the details you think are small that can have a big impact on the finished space.

Soffit placement, cabinet height, ceiling conditions and how those elements meet all affect the way a kitchen ultimately looks and feels.

These are the conversations happening on site during construction—before something is built in a way that compromises the original design.

Being involved throughout the build allows me to catch details, work through solutions with the team and make sure the design intent carries through to the finished home.

Because good design doesn’t stop when the plans are approved.

The details matter all the way through construction.

One of the most common mistakes I see in kitchen renovations? A beautiful kitchen that has nothing to do with the rest of the home.

Trend-chasing is usually the culprit. You fall in love with a look online, install it, and suddenly there's a hard line where your home stops and your "new kitchen" begins. It feels off—even if you can't name why.

In my professional opinion, a kitchen should feel like it was always meant to be there. The architecture, the millwork, the finishes, the flow from the adjoining rooms—all of it should speak the same language.

That's the part clients can't always see on their own, and it's exactly what I'm trained to protect. I design kitchens that elevate your home without departing from it.

Questions arise.
Plans evolve.
Details change.
Decisions need to be made.

Full-service design means staying involved throughout the process—not simply creating the initial vision and stepping away.

My role is to provide direction, coordinate the details and help keep the design moving forward from the first conversation through the finished home.

You stay informed and involved where it matters.

I help manage the rest.
