Meet Alex Crane! As a Senior Business Analyst on the Sales Operations team, Alex helps connect people, processes, and technology to keep the business running smoothly. But before joining Behr nearly 17 years ago, he spent two decades as a commercial photographer, adapting alongside an industry transformed by technology.
That willingness to learn and embrace change has shaped Alex's career at Behr, taking him from IT to Sales Operations and helping him become a trusted resource across the organization. As a Kaizen facilitator, he's also had the opportunity to work with teams throughout the company, building relationships and gaining new perspectives along the way.
For Alex, growth comes from looking beyond your own area of expertise. “It's a really good way to learn more about the company, the people who do it, and build relationships,” he says.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife, often heading off-grid into the mountains in search of their next adventure.
