Good shade should move with you. ☀️

A drop valance is one of our favorite upgrades for retractable awnings, giving you added protection when the sun gets low.

A whole new way to experience the backyard. ✨

This expansive custom canopy brings soft, filtered shade across the entire outdoor living space, creating a comfortable retreat while still keeping everything open to the landscape. The architectural scale paired with the movement and softness of the fabric completely transforms the patio.

Outdoor living, elevated.

Golden hour, made even better. ✨

Progressive MagnaTrack motorized shades bring some seriously impressive technology to outdoor living. Their track system keeps the fabric secure and stable, even in high winds, while helping reduce glare and UV exposure.

The result? More comfort, more protection, and a cozy outdoor space you can enjoy through changing light, weather, and seasons.

Smart technology that makes outdoor living simply better.

Over 100° today 🥵☀️

Days like this are exactly why we love a good retractable awning. Shade when you need it, open sky when you don’t & and a whole lot cooler underneath.

Especially when this is your view. 🌊

The wood-grain louvers on this Azenco roof might be one of my favorite details. 🤎

They give you that warmth and character of real wood, but they’re actually powder-coated aluminum, so you get the look without all the maintenance that comes with wood outdoors.

I also love the contrast against the clean white frame. It adds just enough warmth while still feeling really modern and architectural.

Such a beautiful way to make a louvered roof feel like it truly belongs with the home.

This week: shade. This winter: shelter.

With a heat wave hitting Santa Barbara this week and a strong El Niño developing for the months ahead, there’s never been a better time to rethink how you use your outdoor space.

The Azenco R-BLADE adjustable louvered roof gives you shade when the sun is out and protection when the weather changes…creating an outdoor space designed to be enjoyed year-round.

And if you’re thinking about having something in place before winter, now is the time to get the design and permitting process moving.

Designed for your home. Built for the way we live in California.

Shade when you want it. Open sky when you don’t. ☀️

Retractable awnings make outdoor living a whole lot more comfortable, without taking away from the architecture or the view.

Designed for the way you actually live outside.

Some of the best moments happen outside.

Morning coffee before the house wakes up. Long lunches that turn into afternoon conversations. A glass of w**e by the fire after the sun goes down.

A motorized louver roof lets you enjoy all of it- without worrying about the heat, the glare, or an unexpected rain shower. With the touch of a button, you control the sun, the breeze, and the atmosphere, creating an outdoor space that’s comfortable every day of the year.

Living in Southern California means we get to enjoy our outdoor spaces almost year-round. We believe they should be just as beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully designed as the inside of your home.

That’s luxury…not because it’s extravagant, but because it lets you spend more time living.
