Some spaces donā€™t need to be reinventedā€”just rediscovered. šŸ¤

A forgotten dining room brought back to life through thoughtful restoration and timeless design.
From refinished original parquet floors and restored ceiling beams to elegant French doors and a statement chandelier, every detail was designed to honor the homeā€™s character.

Because great design isnā€™t always about starting overā€”sometimes itā€™s about bringing beauty back to what already exists.

Ready to transform your own space? Whether youā€™re planning a full remodel or looking to restore your homeā€™s original charm, weā€™d love to bring your vision to life.

Blue skies, incredible speed, and a show weā€™ll never forget! šŸ’™āœˆļø

Watching the Blue Angels in action was such an amazing experience! The precision, the teamwork, the formations, and those breathtaking flybys absolutely incredible to witness in person.

One deck, two different ways to enjoy it. šŸŒæ
For this patio, we explored two options:

Option 1 ā€” Outdoor Dining
A comfortable setup for family dinners, entertaining, and long conversations around the table.

Option 2 ā€” Outdoor Lounging
A more relaxed setup for morning coffee, cocktails, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

Same space, two different ways to use it.

Which one would you choose ā€” dining or lounging?

A new chapter for a nearly 100-year-old Spanish Colonial home.

Transforming this original kitchen required an extensive renovation and a thoughtful reimagining of every square inch, making the space functional for everyday living while honoring the homeā€™s architectural character.

Each design decision was balanced with modern needs and style that feels right for this particular home. The result is a bright, welcoming kitchen that feels connected to the houseā€™s history and ready for years of new memories.

One kitchen. Three design directions.
One kitchen. Three completely different design directions.

A kitchen with great potential can take on an entirely different look and feel depending on the design direction. For this remodel, we explored three distinct concepts, each with its own personality, material palette, finishes, and overall aesthetic.

Same space. Three possibilities.

Which one would you choose?

From Vision to Possibility!

What if this kitchen could feel completely different without changing its entire footprint?

This concept explores how a lighter palette, refreshed finishes, and thoughtful design details can transform a dark, dated kitchen into a space that feels brighter, warmer, and more timeless.

The transformation goes beyond simply making the kitchen look newer. Itā€™s about creating a space that feels more open, welcoming, and intentionalā€”while working with the homeā€™s existing layout and the way the homeowners want to live today.

Sometimes, a fresh vision is all it takes to see the possibilities already within a space.
