Not your average garage floor.

This project took us to this brand new beachfront home on Lido Key in Sarasota, where we installed a custom flake floor with a holographic finish in both the garage and a space being transformed into a home gym.

The custom flake blend gives this floor a unique look that really stands out, with a finish that looks even better in person.

At Epoxy Pro Solutions, we bring high-end finishes to high-end properties. Every detail matters.

Demo day.

Here’s a quick time-lapse showing the coating stages of one of our recent epoxy flooring projects. This video focuses on the basecoat and topcoat application and doesn’t show all the prep work that happens beforehand or scraping and cleaning between coats.

The finished product comes from proper products, proper application, and proper preparation — even though you don’t see the grinding, cleaning, scraping, moisture testing, and other steps. Every step is critical to ensure each floor we complete is durable and built to last.

Another garage transformation in the books!

We started by diamond grinding the concrete and putting down a moisture v***r barrier, then finished it off with a full-flake system and polyaspartic topcoat.

One-Day Garage Floor Transformation!

This garage went from worn, cracked concrete to a complete full-flake epoxy and polyaspartic floor system — installed in just one day.

We moisture-test every floor before installation and install a moisture v***r barrier as an added precaution on every project. From there, we install the full-flake epoxy system and finish it with a durable polyaspartic topcoat for long-lasting protection.

Every floor also receives a nonslip additive for added traction and safety.

The biggest advantage of our one-day system? The floor can be put back into service the following day, minimizing downtime and getting your garage back to normal quickly.

Two garages. One home. 🔥

Today we’re getting both garages prepped for their new floors. We diamond grind the concrete to properly prepare the surface and create the mechanical profile needed for the coating system.

Once the grinding and prep work is complete, we’ll move on to the coating system and transform these two garages into clean, durable spaces built to last.
