The King Feldman Residence is taking shape, bringing a vision for refined, contemporary waterfront living closer to reality.

The design centers on clean geometric forms and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Deep overhangs, covered living areas, and an elevated second floor create a seamless relationship with the pool and surrounding landscape.

As construction progresses, we’re excited to see the vision move from concept to reality. Every detail brings the design one step closer.

Function Meets Form. Form Elevates Function.

What happens when two architectural perspectives come together?

For SuĂĄrez Architecture, it creates a balance between functionality and aesthetics.

Rooted in the modernist principle of form follows function, while embracing a more contemporary, concept-driven approach, our team brings different perspectives to the design process. The result is architecture where purpose drives the direction and beauty emerges through thoughtful proportion, concept, and design.

Different perspectives. One shared vision. Better architecture.

We’re honored to celebrate Suárez Architecture’s recognition in SRQ Magazine’s 2026 4WALLS Visionary Building Design Competition, where three of our projects were recognized across three categories:

🏅 PLATINUM | Commercial Interior Design
SuĂĄrez Architecture | Studio Santa Maria, Interior Design

🏅 GOLD | Renovation & Redevelopment
Association of Sarasota and Manatee | North Office

🏅 SILVER | Commercial Building

The 4WALLS Awards recognize projects that go beyond aesthetics, celebrating context, sustainability, storytelling, and the art of placemaking.

We’re incredibly grateful to our clients, collaborators, and team whose creativity and dedication bring these visions to life.

Three projects. Three categories. One shared commitment to purposeful design.

A New Chapter Begins at Dreamers Academy. 🌱🏫

Suárez Architecture was proud to be part of the groundbreaking celebration for Dreamers Academy's new 10-acre upper campus in Sarasota’s Newtown.

Designed to support the school’s expansion into middle school grades, the new 42,000-square-foot facility is scheduled to open in August 2027 and will provide a state-of-the-art environment for Dreamers Academy’s innovative dual-language immersion program.

From the classrooms to the larger campus, the design is centered around creating spaces that support learning, connection and opportunity for the next generation. 🎓

We’re excited to watch this vision take shape and to help bring a new educational resource to the Newtown community.

Architecture is more than what we see. It is what we feel. 😲

Every material, texture, color, and detail has the power to shape how we experience a space. At SuĂĄrez Architecture, we believe meaningful design goes beyond form to create an emotional connection between people and the places they inhabit.

Because the most successful architecture doesn’t simply surround us. It engages us.

Architecture with a sense of place.

Capstan Center demonstrates how contemporary architecture can make a bold statement while remaining rooted in its surroundings.

Located at a prominent intersection in Downtown Sarasota, this 8,500-square-foot commercial building creates a gateway to the historic Towles Court creative arts neighborhood.

Its design uses layered massing, strong horizontal planes, projecting volumes, and expansive glazing to establish rhythm and depth. Traditional bungalow-inspired siding is reinterpreted as a contemporary architectural element, creating a dialogue between Sarasota’s heritage and modern design.

As daylight fades, integrated lighting reveals the building’s geometry and materiality, giving Capstan Center a distinctive presence within the streetscape.

Client: 200 S Washington Blvd. LLC
Builder: Tandem Construction
Type: Commercial | 8,500 Sq. Ft.

Some foundations are measured in concrete and steel. Others are built through courage, resilience, and the strength of people who refuse to forget.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the heroes who stepped forward, and the families and communities forever changed but will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
