🌎💚 BIG NEWS IS COMING! 🌱⚡

Years of working in commercial design, development, procurement & operations have led us to this exciting moment when capability meets need. NOW we have the technology, skillset, and ability to answer all the people who keep telling me AI isn't sustainable... It can be and we are part of the project making it reality!

What if AI data centers could do more than consume resources? What if they could help restore our planet?

At Sustainable Market, we've been quietly working behind the scenes on an ambitious new project: building what we envision as the world's first regenerative, Net Zero AI Data Center right here in California! 🇺🇸

⚡ Powered by renewable energy.

💧 Designed to generate its own water supply.

🌿 Built with the goal of giving back more to our environment and communities than it takes.

For some time, we've been collaborating with passionate nonprofit organizations, local government officials, sustainability innovators, and business leaders who share one belief: Innovation and environmental responsibility shouldn't compete. They should work together.

So why share this now?

Because we believe the future of AI infrastructure needs to be fundamentally reimagined—and the United States has an extraordinary opportunity to lead that transformation.
Our team isn't interested in simply making data centers less harmful. We're challenging ourselves to rethink them as regenerative resources that can strengthen communities, protect humanity, and help restore our planet.

This is about more than technology. It's about American innovation, community collaboration, environmental stewardship, and creating a future where progress gives back.

💚 We're just getting started, and we can't wait to share what's next!

👉 FOLLOW Sustainable Market, Inc for exciting announcements, project developments, and a behind-the-scenes look at our journey to redefine sustainable AI infrastructure.

🌎 Because the future shouldn't just be sustainable. It should be regenerative.

😳 DID YOU KNOW? Plastic could be hiding all over your kitchen—even in products that don’t look like plastic. 🫣

From your morning coffee to the sponge beside your sink, everyday kitchen products can contain plastic components, coatings, fibers or resins.

🔎 Take a closer look at:
🍳 Nonstick cookware & coated utensils
🧽 Synthetic sponges and scrubbers
🍱 Plastic food-storage containers
☕ Coffee makers, kettles & disposable cups
🫖 Some tea bags
🥄 Plastic or plastic-blend kitchen tools
🎋 Some composite “bamboo” kitchenware
📦 Plastic-lined food packaging

Why should we care? Heat, scratches, washing and everyday wear can cause some plastics to shed tiny particles or release chemical substances. Microplastics have now been detected throughout our environment, and researchers continue to study what long-term exposure could mean for human health.

🌎 There’s also the bigger problem: plastic doesn’t simply disappear. It can remain in the environment for decades or longer, breaking into increasingly smaller pieces.

💚 You don’t have to change everything overnight. Start with one simple swap.

Choose durable alternatives like glass, stainless steel, wood and natural fibers where practical—and replace disposable products with reusable options.

🌿 Is Melamine Eco-Friendly?

The short answer: No.

Melamine dinnerware may be reusable and durable, but it is made from melamine-formaldehyde resin, a thermoset plastic.

♻️ Why does that matter?

Melamine is:
• Not biodegradable
• Not compostable
• Not accepted by most conventional recycling programs
• Made to be extremely durable

Once you throw melamine dinnerware away, it can remain in a landfill indefinitely because it does not naturally biodegrade like materials such as paper, wood, or other organic materials.

🌎 Choose better materials when it’s time to replace it.

At Sustainable Market, discover eco-conscious alternatives made from materials such as stainless steel, glass, responsibly sourced bamboo and wood, and other thoughtfully selected sustainable materials.

🌿 Did you know melamine dinnerware is actually a type of plastic?

Melamine plates, bowls, and cups are popular with families because they’re lightweight, colorful, durable, and reusable. But reusable doesn’t automatically mean eco-friendly.

Melamine dinnerware is typically made from melamine-formaldehyde resin—a hard, durable plastic created by combining melamine with formaldehyde during manufacturing.

♻️ Why isn’t it considered a great eco material?

Unlike materials such as stainless steel or glass, melamine is a thermoset plastic, which means it’s difficult to recycle through conventional recycling programs. It also isn’t biodegradable or compostable.

🔥 Parents should also know: Melamine dishes generally should not be microwaved or used to heat food. High temperatures—and particularly hot, acidic foods—can increase the amount of melamine that migrates from the dish into food.

The good news? You have choices. 💚

When replacing kids’ plates, bowls, or cups, consider long-lasting alternatives such as stainless steel, glass when age-appropriate, or responsibly sourced wood.

🌎 Being sustainable isn’t about being perfect—it’s about understanding what our everyday products are made from and making better choices when it’s time to replace them.
