One of the more unique builds we've done — a full cedar outdoor sauna for a homeowner in the Phoenix area.

This is a Lennon 4-person Wet/Dry Cube Sauna with a covered porch, 9kW electric heater, Wi-Fi control panel, and LED lighting. The customer ordered the kit; we handled the full assembly and setup from start to finish.

If you've got something that arrived in a crate and needs a skilled pair of hands to put together properly, that's exactly what we do. Give us a call or send a message.

Toilet replacements look simple from the outside. But when you pull the old one out, there's usually drywall to patch, connections to update, and everything that needs to be set level and leak-free before you put the new one in.

We did a full replacement at a residential home in the Phoenix area — patched the walls, set the new toilet properly, and left the bathroom clean and ready to use.

If you've got a toilet that's rocking, running, or just needs replacing, we handle the whole thing. Reach out and we'll get it scheduled.

When a property manager calls about a trip hazard in a parking lot, it doesn't wait. We got out same day, cut the damaged section clean, and patched it properly.

This was at a local apartment complex that needed it handled fast for resident safety. Job done, liability addressed, tenants safe.

We work with residential and commercial clients across the Phoenix Metro. If something needs attention at your property, reach out and we'll get it on the schedule.

Monsoon season in Phoenix doesn't hold back. This fence took a direct hit and the homeowner needed it handled.

We came out, cleared the damage, reset the posts, and installed a new wood privacy fence. No shortcuts, done right.

If a storm hit your property this season, reach out. We'll take a look and get it taken care of.

Door not closing right? You’re not alone.

Loose hinges are one of the most common calls we get. Over time, daily use and Phoenix’s dry air can cause screws to loosen and doors to sag. It’s a simple fix when you know what to look for.

We’ll tighten, realign, and test everything before we leave. No surprises. No shortcuts.

Need help with a stubborn door? Reach out today. We’ll handle it.
