Interior Designing:
We meet with you and discuss what you might have in
mind. We can do
all the planning, purchasing, delivering, decorating,
window treatments, arranging, and whatever the plan
involves. This would be an hourly rate
Full/Partial Staging:
We meet with you and discuss your needs and we can do
as much as you want to do. We bring in all the
furnishings, art, and accessories and stage the living,
family, dining, kitchen, office, master bedroom, all baths
and the laundry. If you would like just a partial stage then
we will vignette those areas with accessories and art at a
lower rate. This would be a staging rate. Home Owner Interior Redesign:
We go into the homeowner’s home and rearrange and
decorate using the homeowner’s belongings. People are
amazed what we can do with the stuff they already own. Just by editing, rearranging and hanging art differently
and using things that they would never think to use we can achieve a wonderful look. We have done this many times and people are
always amazed. This would be an hourly rate
Downsizing/Retirement Services:
When people want to downsize or retire into a smaller house it can seem overwhelming as to where to start. We come in and
discuss your needs and then we will assess your new living space. The next step is editing which is very hard for some people to do
and then we decorate the new house with things that you love and make your new house a home. This would be an hourly rate. Consultations:
We come in for a one/two hour consultation to address anything from paint color selections, to rearranging a few rooms, to giving
you some pointers and suggestions for making your house more attractive to potential buyers.
