Eden Arborist

Locally owned & operated tree service for Kentucky! I prune or remove trees, and contract climb too!

09/11/2026

Contract Climbing services that we provide are part of what sets Eden Arborist apart from the rest. Supplying professional climbers for other tree services when reliable climbers are in high demand is one of our favorite ways to hit three birds with one stone: stay busy, give my crew more experience in more difficult jobs than we would get from our marketing alone, while also holding relationships with partnering companies in our area.

Roth’s Tree Service is one of our favorites to work with, and yesterday’s job was with them!

The job was for a very large and spread out Elm that had died a long time ago and now was too dangerous to climb. Randy Prunty brought the crane and we were able to reach everything, though the back side had to be taken in small pieces. Turned out to be an amazing day!

Thanks for all the hard work guys! Everyone did amazing this day!

We work with a lot of tree companies as well as landscaping companies who just need technical removals for their landscaping jobs. If you’d like to ask about our contract climbing services, call (502) 390-2855

Yesterday Austin climbed his first spikeless pruning job! We had several trees on this client’s property to prune, mostly pole work from the ground, but two trees needed to be climbed to prune. Rider Powers joined us for the day and climbed one of them while Austin climbed this one next to him. I joined Austin in the tree to coach him on safety, positioning, and rope management, but he did all the work and I was super proud.

Give Austin Keeler a big shoutout for a job well done!

If you have any pruning or removal needs to maintain a safe property in the Shelby County or surrounding areas then please give Eden Arborist a call for a free estimate on professional services!

What a DAY!

Austin and I were contracted for the climbing and rigging on a large removal of a Tree of Heaven in Downtown Old Louisville. If you know the area, that automatically means tall tree, big spread over houses, expert technical rigging, and teeny-tiny drop zones, and this one did NOT disappoint!

Big thanks to Austin for running the ropes and the GRCS like a real pro. Also big thanks to Chris Batts with Batts tree service for hiring us and for his amazing ground crew. They were on their A-Game in spite of the high risk/ high pressure.

Great job men!

Today we were scheduled to do a Maple Tree removal in Eminence, KY! This large Maple had three main leads and one had broken in a storm. The client hired us to clean that up and remove the other two as well.

Big thanks to Austin and Phinehas who really did the bulk of the work on this one! Honestly, I made a few cuts and then did a lot of driving dump runs while they cut brush, moved and loaded it with the excavator, and raked everything up. 💪

Nice before and after of our removal this week! I had Phinehas and Austin start this job without me and before I even got there at 9:30. They had it on the ground and the dump trailer full! Don’t know what I would do without these guys!

Our team completed another emergency insurance removal for a client who had a tree fall on his house!

After receiving several calls from his neighbors, our client flew home from out of state to find that a large tree had smashed into the corner of his house and was still lying across the roof. The tree made it difficult for the insurance adjuster to safely access the property and evaluate the damage.

We dropped our regularly scheduled job and responded the very next day. Our crew safely removed the hazard from the house without causing any further damage and cleared the way for the insurance company to move forward with the claim.

A big shoutout to Central Equipment Rental for working with us to get the heavy equipment we needed on short notice, and to Central Kentucky Landscape Supply for fitting us in with a chipper!

And a HUGE shoutout to my crew — Austin Keeler, Phinehas Migliacci, and Jason Emerson. You guys did an awesome job and absolutely killed it on this one. Proud of the work our team accomplished!

If you have a need for trusted emergency response to help mitigate any further damage to your house from a store, then please give Eden Arborist a call!

Another excellent Summer tree removal completed for Simpsonville, Kentucky!

This extremely large mulberry tree was getting increasingly heavy branches that were breaking, splitting, and falling on the driveway and backyard. We had a very tight drop zone with the powerlines and the fence, forcing us to work in a tight space.

✅ Complete Removal in 1 Day!

Bennett Tree // Bronson Bennett
Huge thanks to Bronson and his team for helping us knock this removal out while our equipment was in the shop. Bronson runs a great crew out of Stanford and services. Lexington, Nicholasville, Danville, and Stanford and if you need a professional service in those areas, he’s the one to call!
