Getting veggies washed and ready to chop for some red beans and rice. I have the honor to make red beans and rice for a baseball tournament for my best friend son's school. Feeding 40 to 50 people.

Thought I was getting cake mix but got cookie mix instead. No problem just add a little flour, baking powder, milk, eggs, all spice, sugar, and pumpkin coffee creamer. Then bake like normal. I can't wait to taste.
