One of my rehabs I got. I desperately want to repot her, but if you notice it’s trying to unfurl a new leaf.

If I repot now it will abandon the new leaf of energy and go into preserving energy for the new environment it’s put in. Which usually leads to the new leaf dying! So I’ll be patient and once the leaf has hardened I can repot!

Notice the algae build up- some algae is ok. But for new baby plants, “pups”, it can lead to them declining and dying. The algae grabs on to the root and sucks up any nutrients and the plant gets NONE and the algae takes over.

Hello everyone!! I appreciate all the new followers!!

If you have any questions about certain plants, potting, or just anything in general feel free to ask!!

I have gotten ALOT of new rehab alocasias and anthuriums this week and I’ve enjoyed cleaning them up to watch them transform from almost dead to beautiful!! All it takes is the right environment for the specific plant type.

Can’t wait to show you the difference in a couple of weeks! Plants are so resilient.

I’ve learned I can be resilient too; and we don’t always have to look perfect or be perfect as long as our roots are strong. One day at a time.

This Monstera albo cutting has tried to rot on me the whole time I’ve had it. So I added this fish aerator into my vase.

Rot happens when there’s not enough air flow and movement in the water so I had a💡moment and ordered these and it has taken off!!

When I first started getting into plants I was OVER watering way too often! It’s not the amount you water, being consistent is actually the key! Root rot happens when it’s not consistently watered. Most plants can go 2 weeks to 4 weeks even in the right soil.

Meet the Variegated heart leaf philodendron!

Super fast grower. I water every 2 weeks. I micro fertilize all my plants every feeding! I’ll link the fertilizer I use!!

Soil is a tropical chunky blend. I’ll make a video of how I mix my soil soon!

Bright indirect light. She’s on the beginner list, super easy to keep.

In the show room of all my wonderful plants you will find pieces that people have given me throughout the years and Things I’ve collected!

My dad and step mom gave me this amazing planter and my best friend Tia gave me the monstera neon sign! I have so many more to share! ❤️

I only water this cactus once a month! Or sometimes two depending on if I forget about her! 🤪 shes very forgiving!

I’m about to cut her up and make some babies, who would be interested??

Hello! This page is for me to show plants I have available, and to teach people how to care for the plants they have!

I’ll post educational videos and show people how to properly take care of them so they can thrive for years without much work from you!

Plants have taught me so much about life it’s unreal.
•YOUR ROOTS MATTER.
•Growth doesn’t happen over night. You can’t rush a seed to become a tree.
•plants, Like people, need the right environment to thrive.
•new beginnings usually comes from letting go of the old. 👏👏👏👏. Old leaves drain the plant and takes away nutrients. Cutting things off is good 😘
•you CAN start over. Plant not thriving? Chop it, guess what… getting rid of the old that is draining you will make room for new leaves!

You can thrive even if everyone around you isn’t. Just look at this begonia growing around all the dead leaves. It grew from a dying leaf even after being forgotten about for months. How cool is that!!
