At Kustom Epoxy Floors, we believe in tried-and-true coating systems that have been proven to perform for decades.

Our process includes shot blasting, thorough repairs, proper joint treatment, high-quality 100% solids epoxy, and a premium polyaspartic topcoat, all using products from leading manufacturers.

Want a polyurea floor instead? We can absolutely do that for you! It doesn't require special equipment, exclusive training, or cost more to install. If that's the system you're set on, we're more than capable of installing it.

However, based on our experience since polyurea entered the flooring market, it's simply not the system we prefer to put our name on and have to stand behind.

We've been doing this for a long time, and we're proud to see floors we installed over 15 years ago still holding strong today! That's why we stick with tried-and-true coating systems that have proven themselves over time. We choose our products and installation methods based on what we believe will deliver the best long-term results for our customers, not what allows us to finish the job the a half of a day faster.

Quality over speed. Every time.

Ever get so busy working that you completely forget you’re supposed to post about the work you’re doing? 😂

Yeah… apparently it’s been about TWO MONTHS since we’ve posted anything.
So, let us catch you up.

We’ve been working like absolute madmen.
Garages. Commercial floors. Industrial projects. Repairs. Flake. Metallic Epoxy. Quartz Floors. Urethane cement.

While our page may have looked a little quiet, Kustom Epoxy Floors definitely hasn’t been.
We’ve got about two months’ worth of projects sitting in the camera roll, so prepare yourselves for a highly delayed flood of “Look what we did!” posts. 😂

Here are a few pictures in the meantime

Here’s to being much better at installing floors than remembering to post them!

This garage floor was already in good condition, but the homeowner wanted to protect it from the harsh wear of South Dakota living before the concrete ever started showing signs of breakdown. Since he spends a lot of time out in the garage, he also wanted a floor that was easier to keep clean and wanted to bring the garage floor up to the same level as his modern American muscle car that lives in there.

Safe to say all the boxes got checked on this one. Clean, durable, easy to maintain, and a huge upgrade to the overall feel of the space.

If you’re thinking about upgrading your garage, shop, basement, or commercial space, get ahold of Kustom Epoxy Floors for a quick and easy estimate.

Here are 3 more garage floors we wrapped up this week at Kustom Epoxy Floors. We got to use a really fun variety of colors and styles this week, from a bright blue-heavy blend, to a light gray and white hybrid flake, to a neutral mix of grays, browns, black, and white that fit the homes perfectly.

Every one of these floors is a huge upgrade that completely changes the feel of the garage while adding durability and making the space much easier to keep clean. All installed by our experienced in-house crew using proven products and processes built to last.

Get ahold of us for a quick and easy estimate. We know life is busy, so we can usually provide a very accurate ballpark estimate over the phone before scheduling an in-person visit. No hidden fees and no surprise add-ons later.

This basement floor had been through years of wear with multiple old layers of paint, rust stains, and surface discoloration built up over time. We removed all the failing coatings and contaminants and installed a brand new coating system that is built to last.

Now the space is bright, clean, easy to maintain, and completely transformed. Unlike carpet, laminate, or other traditional basement flooring options, this floor won’t be ruined by a leaky pipe, moisture issues, or flooding, making it a durable long-term solution for basement spaces.

A basement doesn’t have to feel dark, unfinished, or outdated. The right floor coating system can completely renew the space and make it feel like part of the home again.

Some homes get updated over the years while the garage gets left behind. That was the case with this beautiful home in one of Sioux Falls’ established upscale neighborhoods. The house had been upgraded and well cared for, but the garage floor was still showing years of wear with cracks, pitting, staining, and was very hard to clean.

Now it finally matches the quality of the rest of the property

We repaired the cracks and surface damage, properly prepped the concrete with shot blasting, and installed our full flake floor coating system that completely transformed the space into a clean, bright, and striking finish built for long-term durability and easy maintenance.

This is the difference that proper surface preparation, quality materials, and an experienced crew make.

Trusted Quality. Proven Results.
