Let's talk smoke point for a second, because it's the difference between a good sear and a smoky kitchen. Duck Fat Spray has a high smoke point, which means it holds up under real heat — grilling, searing, roasting — without breaking down the way a lot of seed oil sprays do.

That's what lets it double as a gourmet ingredient and an everyday cooking upgrade: it performs when the pan gets hot, and it doesn't leave behind that thin, plasticky flavor.

Clean, natural duck fat, made to actually cook with — not just spray and hope. What's the dish you always reach for a spray for? Let us know. 👇
